Eat in moderation!
Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day.
Water = bottled/tap water or sparkling water without sugar or sodium. You'll
need more if you are very active or consume caffeinated beverages
(cola/coffee).
Schedule time for your work-outs. They are just as important
as your meeting at work or other appointments.
Incorporate weight training. This is so important especially
for women as we age.
Include core exercises - These are activities that focus on
your abdominals and back. I recommend pilates, yoga, or a good work-out ball.
Remember to consult a physician before you begin any exercise
routine.
