PhantomChef is a specialty catering service
perfect for all occasions! Whether it's a casual buffet, anniversary dinner,
holiday celebration, shower, or birthday party, we can help make your event a
special one! From Asian-themed hors d'oeuvres to an Italian pasta bar, to sport
munchies or a traditional Thanksgiving feast, we can please your palate!
How does it work?
As a full-service catering company, we will take care of all the details - food
preparation, and presentation, servers/staffing, rental items, and clean-up.
We'll first set up a meeting where we'll establish a "theme" and atmosphere of
your event. Your menu takes top priority! Please be sure to include any cuisine
requests and dietary restrictions. We use the freshest ingredients and prepare
all our food in the healthiest way possible. For 4 or 140 guests, we'll rent the
glassware and linens and even order floral arrangements. You can truly be the
host/hostess of your party!
What does it cost?
Cost is determined by the number of guests and your menu selection. We recommend
at least 2 weeks notice on any party reservation. An estimate is available upon
consultation of your event. A 50% deposit secures your date..
